Dr. Alex Ordonez
Dr. Ordonez obtained his Medical Degree from the Pontifical Catholic University, School of Medicine in Quito, Ecuador. He completed his General Surgery Residency as Chief Resident at Saint Joseph Mercy Hospital System, Ann Arbor, Michigan. His fellowship in Advanced Laparoscopy, Endoscopy, and Bariatric Surgery was received from the Cleveland Clinic Florida, Weston Florida.
He has authored and coauthored multiple manuscript publications, book chapters, video presentations, and abstract publications and presentations. His research work has been published in several scientific journals including Obesity Surgery, Surgical Endoscopy, and Surgery for Obesity and Related Diseases.
